Production Time – Typically allow for 5-7 business days from the date you place your on-line order, depending on your location. NOTE: Orders of glass, crystal or acrylic awards typically require 7-10 days from the time of approved artwork. During busy production times it may take longer. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. If you have a specific date that you must receive your order, mention that in the checkout notes. If you have a rush order, call us and we will make every attempt to meet your due date.
Shipping - We ship most order using the United States Post Office. We will use the most cost effective and fastest service available. You will be given shipping options during the checkout process. We will use the selected options unless a faster or different service is requested.
Lost or Damaged During Shipping - In the event that a item is lost or damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. The first thing we will do is make sure that you have something to present to at your ceremony. After that we will follow through with replacement or recovery of the lost or damaged items.
