Where do I send information and photographs to complete my order? What photo file type is best?

Please send all information to eastwoodawards@gmail.com.
A .jpeg or .pdf are the two easiest files for us to use, although we are able to work with most files types.

 

How long until you ship my order?/Turn around time?

Usually orders are completed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase. If you have a deadline to meet, please do not hesitate to contact us personally with your questions or concerns.

 

Can I choose a font?

Yes, we do accept font requests.

 

Can these products be used outside?

The products we engrave & sell are intended for indoor use only, unless stated otherwise.

 

Can I get a discount if I order in bulk? Can shipping be combined?

Absolutely. Contact us directly about what you need for a price quote. Shipping is combined on all items ordered together.

 

Can I get a specific size/shape made?

Every item we make is made to order and we can create any size you need up to 12" x 24".

 

Q. Is my payment transaction secure?

Our web uses a SSL or “Secure Sockets Layer” certificate, an industry standard security protocol.  When you place an order and before your credit card information is transmitted, you are connected to a secure server. SSL encrypts your purchase data including credit card information into a secure code that is extremely difficult to decipher.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my on-line order?

We strive to produce and ship your order within 6 business days or less. Within 24 hours of placing an order you will receive a confirmation email.  If you have a RUSH order call or email us prior to completing your on-line order to confirm our ability to deliver on time. We also offer graphic design services to touch-up or repair corporate logos and graphics to make them suitable for laser engraving and we will keep these files ready for your next order. Remember, in addition to production time there will be 2-5 business days (depending on your location) added to allow for United Postal Service Delivery.
