Mistakes - happen and we are all human. We have procedures in place to prevent the majority of problems but mistakes can still happen.
If we have made a mistake or made the order incorrectly we will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.
If the customer has provided incorrect information or approved a proof or layout he or she will need to purchase a replacement item. We will always help to replace a item in the most efficient and cost effective way possible
Cancellations - can be made within 12 Hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled if a order had already been engraved and/or shipped.
Returns - are not accepted due to the nature of the products we make. Each item is made to order and cannot be reused or resold. In the event that there is a problem with a order we will do everything we can fix the issue.
